BIA BioSolutions is the UK’s dedicated platform for engineering biology beyond health. As a specialised branch of the BioIndustry Association (BIA), we represent the innovators, investors, and pioneers using biological processes to transform industries—from food and agriculture to chemicals, materials, and fuels.

Who we represent

While the BIA has represented the life sciences since 1989, BioSolutions provides a focused home for:
